Daniel Clowes for Stussy (03.29.2011)

Daniel Clowes is a cartoonist, author and Academy Award nominated screenwriter. Best known for his comics Ghost World and Eightball, Dan is one of the most respected voices in modern alternative comics. For our Spring 2011 collection, we asked him to channel Stussy through his world. The result is a series of tees that display his unique style and sense of humor.

Stussy sends prayers and condolences to the people of Japan and the Japanese American community following the recent tragedy. The friendship and loyalty of the Japanese people have been a blessing to Stussy and to the streetwear community. We are deeply saddened along with the rest of the world by the latest events. We are confident that they will recover and get through this difficult time.

Ransom by Adidas for Stussy Alan Crepe

A strong affinity exists between Ransom Holding Co and Stussy in terms of their respective backgrounds and design languages, so it seemed only natural that the Ransom by adidas Originals have worked with Stussy JP to create the Alan Crepe a completely new silhouette for SS 11. The shoe features a short-coated single-layer suede upper with perforated forefoot, a crepe outsole, and the heel is branded with the SS Link and Ransom Swords icon on the lateral side and the Trefoil logo on the pull-tabs.
